All you have to do is
1. Create a "Notepad" file
2. Copy paste this in your Notepad
[{BE098140-A513-11D0-A3A4-00C04FD706EC}]iconarea_image=C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\My Pictures\SamplePictures\sunset.jpg
iconarea_text=0x00FFFFFFSave it as desktop.ini
For any Other picture Just Change The Path Name
