First go to Google search website through http://www.google.co.in/

In the search box type: inurl:/view/index.shtml

Press enter

Then you will get list on web cameras working on net....

Open Any One TO See Whats Goin On

note::
if u type the ip address of the computer in place of inurl then the web camera of that computer can be hacked

example::
you can type in google search as
207.111.165.30/view/index.shtml
to view webcamera used at that ip address
